What should I do if I buy fake FIXTOR products from the merchant?
If this situation’s happened, please contact your previous purchase merchant with purchase proof. If you can prove the product is provided by our merchant, you can require a full-refund of all the fake products or free replacement. The delivery fee then will be covered by our merchant.
